We looking for an organised and efficient HR Administrator to support the HR Business Partner on a temporary basis for 3 months. This role is working for a well known and reputable employer in Croydon and we are looking for someone to start ASAP. This is a generalist support role with a variety of administrative tasks including: Assisting the team in advising and supporting Line Managers on all HR issues and processesNew starter and leaver processes and paperworkRecording and monitoring sickness absence rates and ensuring relevant paperwork is processedSupporting the recruitment process - screening CV's, shortlisting applicants, arranging interviews and assessment centres, sending confirmations and related paperworkManaging induction paperwork and checking eligibility to work documentationAssisting with exit interviewsProducing various reportsMaintaining databases and accurate employee records at all timesLiaising and working closely with other teams including Payroll, Internal Resourcing, Occupational Health and Health & Safety Previous generalist HR experience and knowledge of HR procedures is required as well as confident communication skills and strong organisational abilities. This role requires a strong administrator who is able to juggle a busy and varied workload, can manage their own time effectively, use own initiative and has excellent attention to detail.
