My successful and forward thinking client is seeking an experienced Trainer to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Training Manager, you will be involved in the full training cycle including TNA, design, delivery and evaluation of various training and development solutions (predominately soft skills) for the Contact Centre.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, delivering, coaching and facilitation of soft skills training within a sales/contact centre environment and you will be an assertive and confident individual who is able to liaise at all levels. Ideally CTP qualified or equivalent, you will possess strong presentation skills and have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast and ever-changing environment.

Due to the nature of the role and the client, you will be required to occasionally work evenings or weekends.
