A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within a leading retail organisation in Deeside.

To design and deliver a Team Leadership Development Programme
To analyse band A to C PDP's and identify training trends and deliver “on demand” and planned training solutions to suit needs (Individual and Dept)
To design and deliver a band A to C Academy, linking to “Career” Transformation
To design and facilitate Department team development events / teambuilds
To design and deliver a Band C Management Development Programme
To design and deliver a Head Office C1 Development Programme and review process
To develop the T&D Skills of the HR team and key people within Departments (possibly establish department Training Champions)
To champion, communicate and PR all Training activity across Deeside and link to Deeside Transformation
To focus on the development of the HR Department Team (Grade A and B)
To support IS in the definition and delivery of basic IT skills courses and programmes (Word, Powerpoint and Exel)
To design, write and implement a Head Office Education Policy including links with local training providers and colleges
To support the Head Office PDM in the design and delivery of Band D and E development (e.g. Line Managers as Leader, Coach, Mentor and Trainer)
To make available and manage a Deeside Learning Library / resource
