My client is currently looking for a Training Manager with significant experience training and delivering on Agresso ERP systems.
This is a 6 month interim project and you will be responsible for managing all post-development system training, of integration and user acceptance testing for the Agresso Upgrade Project.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Define the most appropriate training approach for the project, taking into account business, technical and operational risks, as well as timescale pressures
Maintain and communicate the overall training approach for the project
Oversee the development of all training materials
Define and specify training requirements for the test team
Communicates training progress on a daily basis to the project team
Ensure progress and work package deviations are discussed with the Project Manager
Essential Experience Required:
Proven track record of building and managing training teams in a large organisation with a complex systems architecture
Proven training manager experience with the finance system Agresso
Remote training experience (such as via use of Webex)
Strong understanding of training tools and methods
Commercial business back-ground
This role will require someone who is an excellent relationship builder, with solid planning and organisation skills. You will be required to travel within the UK across multiple sites, including Bristol, Walsall, and Stretford.
