Trainer Officer - 6 Month FTC - Ortus Specialist HR Recruitment

A growing engineering consultancy is looking to hire a Training Officer for 6 months on a fixed term contract. The role will be based in their central London head office but will require extensive travel across the UK.

This position is very delivery focused with the majority of the material  to be delivered will be based around management development training. The primary focus of the role will be to travel to various UK offices to delivery training via workshops to all employees. The focus of the training will be on change management, role of management, performance management and also inductions.

To be considered for this vacancy you must have previously delivered management development training to a corporate client group. Previous experience of working within a professional services or consultancy environment would be advantageous but not essential. As an individual you must have excellent communication and presentation skills and must be able to build relationships quickly and effectively.
