Our established client based locally is looking to recruit an Assessor within Management to teach and deliver. The ideal candidate can have a strong management back ground and have developed other members of staff. Car Driver with transport Essential *To deliver functional skills qualifications. *Manage a caseload of given learners, delivering classroom based learning to build a portfolio for successful completion of the qualification. *Work independently to prepare and assess learners on a regular basis. *Build strong working relationships within the team to ensure paperwork competency and any issues are dealt with in an efficient manner with the internal verifier. *Work towards and achieve set targets, completing reports in line with company processes. Suitable candidates need to have: *Experience of delivering functional skills embedded within Management. Hours are flexible however usually 8.30am- 4.30pm Mon-Friday plus excellent benefits, career progression and good bonus .
