Description

An international law firm with offices across Europe and Asia currently requires a permanent Training and Development Administrator to join their established HR & Training team within the brand new offices based in London.

Reporting into the Head of Training and Development this position will also support the Training and Development Advisors and work closely with the HR and Graduate teams on projects as well as direct liaison with the client group on all training administration matters.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- The administration and organisation of all development and trainee programmes across the firm including full workshop and course management from the preparation of all documents and scheduling needed to the internal and external liaison with trainers and attendance tracking.
- The development and management of the training database including report generation and the setting up of new programmes on the system.
- Managing the Training and Development calendar, proactively working with the team on how to enhance the accessibility of available courses, distributing the calendar to client group and updating and reviewing the training programme section on the internal portal.
- Processing invoices, updating the training budget spreadsheet and keeping the team updated on the identification of over/under spending.
