My client is a leading Pharmaceutical company that specialises in consumer health goods and medical devices. They are looking for a Training specialist for a long term contract position based remotely. This role will enable you to act as an ambassador for the global training team. You will be identifying and developing best practice training programs and practices for the EMEA region. Duties will include: Coaching and assisting site profesionnals for the execution of training standardsConducting gap analysis and site level trainingPartnering with the complinace lead to allow for training deploymentleading projects and tasks required by senior managememtParticipating in global and training meeting outside of core hoursLiasing with regional training leads and stakeholders to improve trainingManaging governance networks and training for the EMEA region Requirements: extensive experience working within a rgulated environmentExperiene working in FDA/MHRA or equivalentStrong leadership skillsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalExperience working in a matix environmentExperience working in a global teamMust be willing to travel For this position you may be required to travel to conduct site analysis at all manufacturing sites in the region and for external meetings.
