My client, one of the UK's leading retail brands with over 150 stores nationwide, is currently looking to recruit a proactive Regional Training Officer (South West - Based from Tewkesbury) to join their expanding team. Based from home, with daily travel to other sites, you will need to be flexible, engaging and ideally come from a similar dynamic retail environment.

Your role as Regional Training Officer reports to the Learning and Development Manager and is embedded within the business and will have a high level of engagement with a range of key stakeholders. You will need to quickly get to grips with the internal customer group, the wider business, the competitive environment and training strategy.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of training delivery in a retail environment, at least 2 years management development experience and well honed facilitation and coaching skills. You will have an inspirational delivery style, an enthusiastic, down to earth and flexible approach with a 'can do. attitude.
