We currently have an exciting opportunity to work for a global super brand to lead our UK Training division in Milton Keynes, as the Commercial UK Training Director. About the Role: This senior leadership position, reporting into the UK & Ireland Managing Director, is responsible for leading, motivating, continually improving, innovating and directing the UK commercial Training business such that it meets the financial, employee and customer satisfaction targets set by the business. This will be achieved through P&L responsibility for all UK commercial training activity, development and implementation of the business strategic plan and, with the Sales & Marketing Directors lead, influence and develop the Sales & Marketing activity to develop strategies to achieve the budget and develop the business. You'll also play a key role in the Launch of new products, including development of GTM plans in line with business objectives and product lifecycle review. About You: To be successful in this role and lead the UK Commercial Training team to deliver its business objectives you'll have experience of successful P & L management including proven delivery of profitable growth. In addition you'll need to demonstrate that you have experience of strategy development as well as process optimization and a proven ability to influence at all levels. You'll be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the needs of a commercial training business as well as knowledge of routes to market including segmentation, vertical marketing and digital marketing, knowledge of telesales operations and best practice KPI's, and knowledge of learning styles, best practice training delivery and course development through all mediums.
