HR Officer required to liaise with managers to identify existing and expecting recruitment needs within a large company based in the south of Worcester. The role will also involve developing managers and supervisors to enhance their recruitment and selection skills, market the benefits of the company as an employer establishing and building a network with local colleges and recruitment agencies. You will also be required to organise open evenings and recruitment fairs. A generalist HR position and requires a self starter who has previous experience of giving advice on employee relations. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and have previous working knowledge of other general HR practices. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with colleagues within the company, but also other outside organisations. You will have a thorough knowledge of equal opportunities and diversity and have proven experience in dealing with discipline and grievances, this will include taking the lead on such meetings and absence management. My client based closely to the Motorway is a medium sized business offering free parking, easy access, 25 days holiday; they are part of the service sector within industry and are growing towards 20% profit growth this year.
