The Background

Global leader with an unrivalled reputation within their particular market area is currently seeking to recruit a HR data professional to work continuously on day-to-day and project focussed business support. You will offer a service to international teams based in 25 different countries.


The Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the HR Systems & Projects Manager, you will act as the HR MI specialist, responsible for the development and analysis of HR related data, systems and processes across the organisation. You will play an integral part in the development and upgrade of the reporting function and continuously suggest and advise on improvement processes to SAP/BW.

You will liaise with the global HR management and teams and plan and co-ordinate the troubleshooting and planning processes. You will work with end users up to board and executive level to train support and advise on the reporting function to maximise it’s use and functionality across the organisation.

You will also work with different business groups such as Finance in order to schedule the process, reconcile data and produce reporting packs.


The Professional

This is an excellent opportunity and should interest and aspiring HR Management Information professionals aiming to secure a career within a global facing role. You will be an enthusiastic HR data professional with a passion for analytical challenges and responsibilities. You will ideally have SAP and BW experience, although the organisation will look at skill set and experience first. You will have a strong working knowledge of Excel with the ability to time manage and balance your own workload effectively.
