My client, a leading international company is looking to recruit an HR Administrator for a period of 3 months on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to broaden your experience and develop your own skills within a fantastic business. The role will sit within the operations team and will involve: Producing offer packs, drafting employment contracts across EMEA, dealing with immigration and relocation processes, organising new starter information and liaising with all internal departments which include Payroll & Compensation and Benefits. Support the recruitment team through the offer process Managing reports and statistics for the starters and leavers Create service agreements with the internal teams and monitoring efficiency and areas for improvement Managing relations with the operations teams in different regions across EMEA, maintaining the coherence globally and the regional expertise. The essential requirements for this position include previous experience in a global, fast paced and demanding environment, preferably in the EMEA region and North America, experience of working in a HR environment and knowledge of recruitment processes, particularly managing written offers, job applicants, new starters and leavers.
