The Background

This market leading international organisation with a first class reputation is currently seeking to recruit a HR Systems Administrator to support the business with HR Systems related issues. This is an ideal entry-level role for a candidate with some experience of HR Systems.

The Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the HR Systems Manager, you will be responsible for providing 1st line support to all end users of the system, ensuring that the system is providing maximum benefit to the business. You will manage user accounts and offer user training; this will also include analysis user need of the system and making recommendations for system improvement or upgrade. You will offer problem-solving solutions to users, answering queries and offering a ‘help desk’ support solution to the business across Europe. Creating accurate and timely management reports on a monthly and ad hoc basis, will help to comprise the duties of this exciting and challenging role.

Away from daily duties, you will also be required to assist the HR Projects Manager on any HRIS projects as and when required.

The Professional

The organisation is looking to recruit a bright and enthusiastic HR candidate, passionate about making a career move and intrigued by a career in HR Systems. You will have analytical skills and will have had interaction with a HR System in your current or previous role. You will have strong interpersonal and time management skills with and a willingness to take on fresh and exciting project work.
