The Background
Leading international organisation with a sterling reputation is currently seeking to recruit a HR Systems Co-ordinator. As part of a central HR team you will be helping to manage and support the overall HRIS function across the business to ensure that all end users are receiving the maximum benefits of the system.
The Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Manage, maintain and develop HRIS for HR and Payroll users
Support HR teams with the maintenance of the staff database so that information is up-to-date and accurately flows through to supporting systems
Provide 1st line support (telephone and email) for day to queries and to know when to escalate issues to Group HRIS Manager
Perform basic system ‘set-up’ tasks on an ad hoc basis in response to needs
Offer system end user training, further develop training materials and ensure they are up to date
Run ad-hoc HR data queries and reports
Help develop new system processes to improve data flow and efficiency of business processes
The Professional
The successful candidate will have HRIS experience gained within a fast paced environment. You will have some experience of managing and supporting HR systems and demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills. You will ideally have Oracle or PeopleSoft experience and previous experience of creating and producing reports is desirable for this position. The organisation is looking for a highly motivated analytical candidate who can ‘value add’ and work to full potential when facing critical deadlines.
