This role will suit someone that will have touched on Business Analysis and who has strong analysis and problem solving skills. The role is centred on the Oracle HR System so knowledge of this technology is ideal. Some knowledge of other HR related systems would be an advantage. Also knowledge of using Excel and Powerpoint would be useful.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an HR background wanting to go down a more technical route.
