My client is an International leader in their niche technology field and are renowned for delivering a particularly high-performance product with annual turnover above £100 million. Currently they are going through a performance improvement project involving a system overhaul and are in need of a HR Assistant to work closely with the HR Director on the design and roll-out of the project.
In the role you will take on a variety of responsibilities across an HR/admin remit whilst getting proactive project experience during design and implementation incorporating the design and consultation period through the up-training and roll-out period, taking up a large portion of your first year of employment.
This is a great opportunity to join a large international employer and to work closely with an experience HR Director and HR team during an exciting development period.
Based in Banbury my client is offering between £25,000 and £30,000 with benefits on top.
