Job Description
My client is going through a lot of company changes and they currently require an experienced HR Administrator to support the HR Officer and the HR Manager for a period of 4 months. Duties will include:
· Updating computerised and paper personnel records,
· Managing absence records and providing management information as requested.
· Working with the HR Officer to identify and manage absence cases.
· Advising on terms and conditions of employment, benefits and allowances, including:
o Maternity/Paternity
o Childcare voucher scheme
o Manage work experience placements
o CRB records
· Administration of the recruitment process including participating in the interview process up to job offer.
The successful candidate must have experience of working within a HR department and have experience in preparing reports and statistical information. You will also have working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong team working skills. This role is to start ASAP.
