Our client, a leading service sector organisation is looking for an information specialist to manage and monitor the operation of the standards set for HR support activities to ensure that the services provided meet specified performance targets and customer needs. You will also lead and manage on a day to day basis, the administrative and clerical staff employed within the HR function. You will be guiding and advising on HR policy and procedure and therefore you will need to have a good understanding of HR. You will have good people management skills and excellent analytical skills,ideally CIPD qualified (although not essential). They are looking for a start date as soon as possible.
