My client is a professional and dynamic company who have a current requirement for a HR Administrator for a period of 6 months. This is a part time role working 1pm – 5pm Monday – Friday. Based in a team of Administrators, duties will include handling HR queries, organising interviews and creating appropriate correspondence, updating the HR system and producing reports. You will also be involved in sending out terms and conditions and updating starters and leavers.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of the HR administration processes, possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have excellent pc skills including Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint. You will also have up to date knowledge of employment law and company policies and procedures. This is a temporary role to start ASAP.
