HR Administration Team Leader
c£25,000 + Attractive package
Our client, 20,000 people strong has recently re-structured and consequently is seeking to appoint an experienced Team Leader responsible for the running of the HR administration processes and procedures and quality control for the central shared services function, and provide administration support to the HR advisory team.
This is a hugely responsible HR role, working closely with the HR Business Partners to provide a consistency of approach for all Employee Relations issues across the organisation which is going through a major change programme.
Ideally a SAP user, having worked in a central shared service, you will have responsibility of running an administration team within a busy, complex organisation who has a strong focus on the development of their people both in terms of time and funding of additional qualifications.
