HR Administrator, City - LondonUp to £17.00 per hour
Temporary
An International Insurance Organisation based in the City are looking for a HR Administrator to join them immediately.
The HR Administrator will maintain the HR system ensuring the database is kept up to date at all times, process all new starter and leaver details, prepare draft employment offer letters, contracts of employment and required enclosures, complete reference requests,keep the eLearning provider informed of starters, leavers and reporting line changes, assist the HRD in keeping policies and procedures up to date and available on the intranet, prepare reports from the HR system as required, manage the maternity process from notification through to return to work ensuring the employee receives all documentation, advice and assistance as necessary, produce weekly reports for the HRD on all up to date HR processes, assist in setting up and running the Training process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills and similar experience gained within a corporate environment and should be available for an immediate start.
