HR Assistant – 6 month FTC My client, a world famous international humanitarian charity based in the City, are currently recruiting a HR Assistant. The HR Assistant role is a new role with a UK and International HR remit. The HR Assistant will be responsible for delivering an effective customer focused HR advisory service to UK Office Divisions and internationally by providing HR administrative support to the HR Officer. Duties for the HR Assistant include: - Provide advice and information on general HR issues, terms and conditions of employment, policies and procedures - Carrying out all aspects of recruitment administration - Co-ordinating delegate arrangements from point of appointment to departure - Provide support to delegates during and following their field assignment - Responsible for liaising with Payroll - Undertake HR administration relating to the HR cycle - Create and maintain HR files and HR PeopleSoft records - Develop and retain an overview of the HR database - Undertake audits of the HR PeopleSoft database - Assist the HR Officer in organising training for staff - Produce standard and bespoke reports including sickness absence - Assist HR Officer with specialist work areas or on specific HR focused projects The Zarak Group is an equal opportunities employer.
