They are looking for a highly professional HR Administrator to join their team in their prestigious offices in The City of London. Key Responsibilities of the compensation and benefits assistant: Provide administration support the C&B Manager and 2 Advisors as required Provide additional support to the Head of Reward and Head of Projects as required To be the first point of contact for all day to day benefits enquiries through their Flexible Benefits Scheme. Responsible for producing various provider reports / collation of information on a monthly basis. Auditing and reconciling the HR records against the suppliers records, and updating the HR system as required Process and record expenses and invoices Involvement in ad hoc projects as they arise Key competencies for this HR Assistant: Work based competencies Good working knowledge of excel Proficient in word Good telephone manner and ability to communicate at all levels Confident working with people at all levels inside and outside the firm Good understanding of statistics Process approach Behavioural competencies Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Good eye for detail and highly accurate Highly organised Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Demonstrable initiative Ability to work to deadlines Flexible in work tasks If you are interested in this compensations and benefits assistant role please email (email address removed) with a copy of your latest CV.
