Our client: is an international full-service legal practice with offices in London and across Europe and Asia. They are looking for a highly professional HR Administrator to join their team in their prestigious offices in The City of London. Our client advises major corporations, financial institutions and governments and they are acknowledged as being in the top tier in each of their main areas of work: transactions, disputes and projects. The Role: The Graduate Recruitment Team Assistants are required to assist the Graduate Recruitment Advisers and Manager in a variety of areas. They must be prepared to get involved in all areas of the recruitment cycle and be able to work effectively at all levels, from peers to Partners. Job Specification: University advertising Liaise with the Marketing department regarding artwork for advertising events (posters, fliers, invitations, postcards, adverts) Liaise with all external representatives Evaluate where to book university advertising Manage university advertising spreadsheet Liaise with careers services and societies regarding deadlines University Liaison Collate and update events calendar spreadsheet Liaise with all relevant external suppliers / contacts regarding the logistics and advertising of the event Send out information to careers services / societies in a thorough and timely manner Send out boxes of brochures and any other relevant materials in relation to our events season Build links with careers services, academics, students, societies to help promote events Law Society Liaison Set up and manage links with law societies (including the setting up of skills sessions, events programme, sponsorship, visits) First Year Open Days Arrange workshops / briefings / presentations to ensure well rounded view of firm is portrayed Collate all evaluation forms Evaluate all feedback at the end of each scheme and then compile final feedback report Post Pre-selection Interviews: Send out invite to interview / reject emails Arrange interviews with candidates and interviewers If you are interested in this graduate assistant role at this professional services organisation you should have the following skill sets: Behavioural Competencies Excellent organiser with ability to prioritise Extremely attentive to detail and accurate Strong interpersonal skills - ability to liaise effectively with internal and external clients Team player - committed, enthusiastic, willing to help other team members Proactive - uses initiative
