Our client one of the UK's leading independent manufacturer and supplier of cleaning and hygiene products require a HR Systems Administrative professional who is passionate about developing systems. In return there will be growth in the role for the right individual and a chance to identify areas of improvement and recommend change in this rewarding role. We require someone with knowledge of how HR systems utilise various projects including absence management, holiday reporting systems and production of headcount reports. They will analyse how systems operate and should be adapted in line with current HR changes. You will also be involved in coordinating and in some cases owning project plans for many key HR initiatives and new ways of working. Other duties include: Maintaining and improving the Human Resources System on a daily basis Identify areas of improvement on current system and making recommendations to change process Project work including payroll outsourcing High level administration support to the HR function Degree of HR advisory support to the wider business Production of Headcount reports Support facilities manager in technical aspects and cover facilities departmental queries in the absence of the Facilities manager You should be highly numerate and have the ability to analyse large volumes of data, draw conclusions and generate solutions. IT literacy is essential, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
