The Background:
This employer of choice is actively seeking an addition to its Regional Executive Board in order to develop all aspects of European Commercial Strategy, Business Development, Client Relationships and Marketing. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Vice President and will be responsible for retaining and developing existing clients and winning new business relationships to deliver the required growth.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Working as a key member of the European Management team and active participation in monthly board meetings
Manage a team of twelve to ensure the delivery and the strategic growth of the company, through recruiting, developing and managing performance of the team through the key competencies of the business
A key member of the team to create and drive an ambitious growth strategy for the region
Strong leadership, internally and externally, as a representative of the company
Improve organisation understanding of market and competitive environment, including leading effort to define the EMEA relocation market
Coordinating marketing requirements and initiatives in support of business strategy
Develop a strategy to enhance the company's brand in the region and in the industry.
Leading in bids for major client contracts through the RFP process, including leading team at presentations and participating in strategic customer review meetings
Providing a strong Sales link to the US and Asia Sales organizations
Recruiting and developing an effective sales and marketing organisation
Oversee implementation, retention and development of all client accounts, meeting exacting service standards, revenue development and budgetary control and ongoing alignment of client accounts.
Identifying opportunities for account penetration and new business opportunities and developing business plan to achieve/exceed targets
Develop ways to improve margins through product penetration, more efficient and effective service delivery and retention of existing business
The Person:
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of success in the sales of: international assignment, global mobility or expatriate management services. Applicants will be strategic thinkers with the ability to influence with the senior management team. Candidates will have ideally worked in a multinational environment; any additional language skills would be desirable.
