A HR Officer required to carry out a varied role. Your job role will be to work with the HR team to deliver a successful HR service. Duties will include implementing and communicating policies and procedures, maintaining HR systems, advising line managers on policies and procedures, grievance and disciplinary procedures, and to work and build relationships with the Trade Union. The hours are 6am to 6pm on a 3 on, 3 off Rota basis including weekends. We are looking for someone with proven experience of carrying out a generalist HR role preferably within the manufacturing industry. You will have an excellent understanding of current employment legislation, be a strong team player, have good negotiating and influencing skills and have experience in recruitment and disciplinary procedures. This is working for a manufacturing company based in the south region of Derbyshire. A fast paced working environment where good support and guidance is provided.
