Contracts Co-ordinator: Human Resources

Based in Edinburgh
Ellis Fairbank Human Resources Division places HR professionals in Scotland and across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team of established consultants as a Contracts Co-ordinator in Edinburgh.
In addition to administration as required, daily duties will include registering contractors, ensuring all contractor information is in compliance with legal requirements, processing payroll details, site visits, and liaising with contractors to ensure that top quality service is provided at all times.
You will demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines and timescales, attention to detail, and organisational skills, as well as a proven track record in an administrative and/or customer service role. The ability to communicate with staff members to senior level is a must, and a background in resourcing or recruitment would be advantageous.
