The Background:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director for EMEA the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of teams working on various client accounts. These management duties will include providing training and technical support to the team and assisting with problem solving for customers.
The Role:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Manage the day-to-day operational activity of the French destination services team
Work with team leads to allocate and monitor caseload to ensure the delivery of client service excellence
Assist with problem resolving and troubleshooting
Control costs and achieve efficiencies through improved processes
Support the business development team in answering RFP's, attending commercial meetings and developing the client relationship.
Responsible for knowledge of client account policies and processes as appropriate
Ensure that procedures are implemented and adhered to by the Operational teams
Measure and track KPIs
Responsible for recruitment/training/coaching/development of the team
Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing and settlement of invoices as advised by Finance Department
Work with Team Leads and HR to highlight staffing needs and actively participate on recruitment for new staff within the team
The Person:
The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with: French domestic relocation and destination services. Applicants must have proactive management skills including performance management and the maintenance of KPI's for the team. Finally, it is the responsibility of the Relocation Services Director to coach and mentor Consultants providing a point of escalation when required.
