The Background:

Reporting to the International Assignments Manager this leading organisation is actively seeking an addition to their International Assignments Team. The role of International Assignment Advisor will be responsible for the provision of all expatriate assignee needs from start to finish.


The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Partner with business units and outsourced vendors to provide an effective and efficient international assignment management service

Provide a point of contact for all expatriate relocation and compensation policy issues to both assignees and relevant business units

Review existing and implement new expatriate policy and procedure in conjunction with the senior management team

Develop cost estimates for assignee moves


The Person:

The successful candidate will have previous experience of: international assignments, expatriate management or global mobility issues. Applicants will have an excellent understanding of assignment life cycle and the associated issues from start to finish. Applicants with any additional languages or knowledge of expatriate compensation, payroll or taxation methodologies would be desirable.
