Our client, a leading services sector organisation is looking for a strong HR advisor to initially cover a 7 months maternity. They are ideally looking for either a HR Officer with potential to grow in to a HR Advisor, with the relevant coaching or a fully fledged HR Advisor (The salary will reflect this accordingly). It is a full generalist role with duties ranging from HR Administration through to recruitment, employee relations and training. This role is to cover a maternity but as the company is growing rapidly, the opportunity for a permanent role for the right person is a distinct possibility. Ideally CIPD qualified with sufficient HR experience to conduct the role efficiently and effectively.
