My client is a public sector organisation based in the heart of Manchester City Centre. They currently have a need for an experienced Recruitment Assistant to join their busy Recruitment team.
The organisation has gone through a large period of change, and as a result is in the middle of a large recruitment drive – experience of supporting a head office recruitment team would be advantageous.
Main responsibilities will be:
•Co-ordinating the diaries of the recruiters
•Managing liaisons with external recruitment partners
•Arranging interviews
•Organising and delivering candidate feedback
•Manage the offer process – co-ordinating all EAA information and reference checks
•Placing adverts on external job boards
•Advising internal customers on recruitment processes
Applicants must have experience of working within a recruitment function and strong administrative skills are essential for this role along with a good understanding of employment law and HR practice. A keen interest in developing within the industry is key, as is a strong team working ethic.
Please note you will receive an automated response advising you that we have received your CV
