Project Co-Ordinator / Administrator - Manchester
As an experienced project support administrator you will have gained experience in project co-ordination and support ideally in a office/project led function and have been accountable for facilitating and co-ordinating a range of technical/business support activities, including maintaining data, general support and producing ad-hoc reports.
Being used to working in a similar function and in a client facing function you will have gained experience in the following:
Worked in a structured PMO and/or Business Development Environment
Ability to manage and build relationships with senior stakeholders
Management and collation of market knowledge, products and services
Production of MI and supporting documentation
Experience of collating complex information from multiple sources and producing reports
Take a lead role in organising and supporting key events within the Business Development community, eg conferences and seminars
Expert user of MS Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential with MS Visio experience being desirable.
Based at Manchester Airport, 3months initially 25k pro rata
