Excellent opportunity for a HR Graduate looking to develop their skills in an established business in the Farnborough area.
This is an ideal role for HR Graduate's who are either looking for their first role after graduating or are looking to have a placement year during their degree.
The purpose of the Assistant HR Business Partner is to support the Strategic HR Business Partner in writing and delivering HR strategy across the business. Sitting within the Commercial HR team the successful candidate will also be expected to give operational HR support.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
•Advising on first stage employee relations
•Administering recruitment, retention and redeployment across the business
•Facilitate level and pay review process
•Absence management
•Proactively assists in the communication and roll-out of changes within the business
•Make recommendations to improve the business
The successful candidates will have a real thirst for knowledge, looking for the opportunity to develop themselves in a HR environment.
