Excellent opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic HR Graduate, who is looking to develop their career, in a generalist HR role. The purpose of the Assistant HR Business Partner is to report into and provide day to day support to the Strategic HR Business Partner. Responsibilities of the role will include: Support the HR Business Partner in the delivery of HR strategy and initiatives Facilitate the pay review process Provide HR advice on employee relations case work Provide support to the recruitment process Proactively assist in the communication of HR changes, improvements and initiatives throughout the business Provide administrative support the HR Business Partner The Assistant HR Business Partner vacancy will allow the successful candidate to gain exposure in a fast paced HR environment. Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience in a HR environment and ideally have the CPP or CIPD qualification. The role will be based from 2 sites so candidates must be prepared to travel between Surrey and Kent on a weekly basis.
