•To act as the first point of contact for any queries.
•To support the recruitment process of new employees including coordinating the induction process eg paperwork, company cars, computers
•To manage the leavers process including exit interviews and return of company assets
•To manage company cars and assist regarding paperwork, accidents, replacement vehicles, etc.
•To provide support where required in the administration of company benefits, eg Healthcare, Pensions
•To liaise with the 3rd party payroll provider
•To liaise with the external law firm regarding employment law related queries
•To maintain accurate records, both paper based and electronic, including the HR management system
•To support the HR Executive by maintaining an overall perspective of the HR issues and raising awareness of pertinent facts
•To support the UK HR team on specific ad hoc projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned
