The Background
This market leading international blue chip organisation with a first class reputation is currently seeking to recruit a HR Systems Administrator to support the business for an initial period of 12 months. This role will provide needed support during an international implementation of SAP HR.
The Role
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to the business ensuring that the system is providing maximum benefit to the business as the transformation project continues. You will manage user accounts and offer user training; this will also include analysis user need of the system and making recommendations for system improvement or upgrade. You will assist the project lead on the planning and co-ordination of all project related activities and all day to day activity related to the transformation project including data migration, data cleansing, training and other relating change issues. You will also be responsible for creating accurate and timely management reports on a monthly and ad hoc basis, will help to comprise the duties of this exciting and challenging role.
The Professional
The organisation is looking to recruit a passionate HR professional with strong analytical skills and great customer service experience gained within a HR systems facing role. You will have experience of supporting large business areas with HR systems related issues (ideally using SAP HR) and have had some exposure of supporting projects. You will have strong interpersonal and time management skills with and a willingness to take on fresh and exciting project work.
