Job Title:Interim HR Administrator – 12 Months
Location: Stevenage
Salary: c£20,000 - c£22,000 + Bens

The Background
A successful blue-chip organisation with over 10,000 employees worldwide is currently seeking to recruit a HR Administrator for a 6 month period.
The Role
This role will work closely with the HR Advisors, you will provide an administration support service to the technical division, key accountabilities will include:
Arrange meeting and diary management where needed
Prioritise own workload in order to meet deadlines without compromising quality standards
Use computerised systems to collect, summarise, analyse input or extract data, maintaining own capabilities in use of software or programs and ensure data is safely recorded and stored
Contribute to identifying internal HR process improvement needs and amending/updating HR documents
The Person
With proven experience of working within a HR department the ideal candidate will have a good understanding and working knowledge of generalist HR issues and have the ability to coordinate advisors to ensure key activities are delivered direct into the business. With strong problems solving skills and excellent IT skills particularly Excel you will have excellent communication skills and have previously worked within a large complex organisation.
