Joining one of the largest professional support bodies in Europe you will have the opportunity to support a large client base. You will also have the chance to grow your HR knowledge and further develop your interpersonal skills in a busy HR setting. You will be co-ordinating recruitment processes, new employee inductions and organising starter administration. You will also be required to support and co-ordinate training and development plans, administer HR processes and provide administration support to the HR team including regular liaisons with the payroll department to ensure staff information is collated correctly. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, preferably in an HR environment. You will need to project pragmatism, pro-activeness & have the flexibility to control various admin processes in an efficient manner.
