HR Associate
Tring, Hertfordshire

Our client is a performance improvement company. They help their clients achieve their business goals by providing services that have a positive influence on the attitudes and behaviours of their employees, channel partners and customers.
They act on behalf of over 1000 organisations in the UK and provide a broad range of solutions to their clients who include many of the FTSE 100 companies, major high street banks and supermarkets.
They are now looking for a HR professional to provide generalist support and advice to the business.
With a strong foundation of practical HR experience, you will be involved in all aspects of the employment relationship including recruitment, selection and new starter training as well as grievance and employment law.
Working closely with the relevant line managers, you will develop training plans and manage employment inductions. You will liaise with payroll to ensure accurate information is supplied and to manage the leavers process, which includes calculating final pay and completing references. An organised approach is essential as you will be coordinating all HR communications within the company. A team player, you will occasionally also be required to deputise in the absence of the HR business partners.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and have sound generalist hands on experience. With a professional manner and appearance coupled with excellent communication skills, you will also need HR systems experience, ideally Select HR.
