An Excellent opportunity for an HR/Payroll Administrator, with in a large established Organisation. Possibility for CIPD support.
Responsibilities:
To provide administrative support to Senior HR advisors and Payroll across all sites, along with advising employees via telephone and email with regards to Payroll queries.
- Create and maintain employee records; handling all queries relating to monthly payroll; requesting references and producing contract/offer packs for new starters;
- Generate employee letters and process documentation for leavers, alongside communicating at all levels with various departments and making them aware of any changes
