Leading a team of Global Mobility Consultants the successful candidate will be play a pivotal role in the continued success of this organisation.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Manage a team of Global Mobility Consultants
Coach and mentor team members to ensure global objectives and service levels are met
Develop, maintain and enhance business relationships
Develop, implement and reviews global mobility policy, process & procedure
Evaluate operational efficiency and recommend new process improvements when required
Monitor and manage third party providers and vendors
The Person:
The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with: international assignment, global mobility or expatriate management issues. Applicants must have previous people management skills with the ability to gain credibility at all levels. This firm will consider applicants from both in-house and outsourced organisations as long as candidates are consultative in their approach.
