They currently have an opportunity for a HR Administrative Assistant to join the team based in Blackburn to effectively co-ordinate and assist in recruitment and selection, training, welfare and all other aspects of HR.
Candidates for this role must enjoy working in a busy department and dealing with a wide variety of people both face to face and over the telephone with a friendly, outgoing and patient demeanour. You must hold excellent organisational and time management skills and be able to work within strict guidelines. IT literate, you will have proven experience of working in a similar environment and ideally hold an NVQ 2 or similar, although this is not essential.
