We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide support for a busy HR department. Main duties will involve:
* Covering reception for the first half hour every morning
* Providing secretarial/administration support to the company including preparing letters, reports, presentations, diart management, organising travel, accomodation and lunches, general administration duties.
* Provide full administration to the HR Officer and HR Assistant
* Entering confidential personnel records and chasing documentation from all new starters
* Reference checking
* Assisting in the recruitment process
* Maintenance of the HR database
* Audio typing of minutes of meetings
The successful applicant must have previous secretarial/administration experience, preferably with HR experience. Audio typing experience is required. This is a temporary role in the first instance.
