Employment Law Advisor required to join a growing, successful business. You will work within a team of other advisors dealing with any employment law query that comes through to you. Your client group will be mainly SME in all different sectors so the advise that you are giving could vary greatly form call to call. This role is about being professional, credible and would be a great opportunity for you to build on an already strong employee relations background. You will be a Graduate CIPD who is experienced in all areas of HR you will need to be self-motivated, confident and proactive with excellent communication skills. The ability to work under pressure within a fast moving call centre environment is desirable. You will have excellent employment law knowledge and be able to communicate this to non hr individuals where you can build relationships and establish credibility and rapport quickly. My client is now one of the UK's leading Personnel, Health & Safety, Employment Law and Employment Tribunal consultancy. They have over 20,000 clients who they provide with highly specialised support and advice regardless of size or industry sector.
