HR Systems Advisor required to work in partnership with the business units to provide hr systems support and continual development of these systems to improve the service offered the business. This involves being responsible for providing support re the HR/Payroll systems, on line recruitment and databases. You will get involved within the development, testing and implementation of new systems. Plus designing and delivering new user training. You need to be highly skilled on operating with HR systems extremely competent in Microsoft excel and Access so that you can manipulate data. You will be able to understand reporting tools such as business objectives, cognos and you need to be able to extract data from a relational database management system. You will be self motivated and have the capacity to be able to work within a team whilst being able to work under your own initiative. You will have great communication skills, and the ability to solve challenging problems. They are public service organisation who have over 15,000 employees, itself consists of four departments - Adults & Housing, Children & Young People's Services, Regeneration & Culture and Resources.
