This role is a fantastic opportunity for a CIPD qualified Human Resources Advisor looking for their next progressive career move. The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, have excellent interpersonal skills, a brilliant employment law knowledge and the ability to add value to a commercially focused Human Resources team. In this highly autonomous role you will be reporting to the Head of Human Resources and based at the Company's Corporate Head Office. You will provide generalist Human Resources support and advice to Head Office and Field-based senior and line managers, including managing disciplinary, grievance and maternity issues and managing recruitment, selection and induction of new employees. This role is an exciting opportunity to be a dedicated, strategic Human Resources and Training support to a high profile business. Our Client is a highly successful, rapidly expanding and development focused service organisation.
