Fantastic opportunity for a learning and development advisor to provide an internal learning and development consultancy to the business you will focus on understanding the business needs, designing and delivering solutions and evaluating the process to ensure ROI. Within this role you will be working with sales individuals and managers using a variety of different learning models/ techniques to engage the audience on a one to one coaching basis or larger groups. You will need to work autonomously but be able to build a relationship with the learning and development team. You will be a really strong L&D professional who can really build really strong credible relationships within the business. Ideally you will have the following skills to be successful within this role you, strong consultancy skills and experience in all parts of the training cycle. Experience in sales training focusing on b2b. Proven soft skills and leadership development delivery and also knowledge of or qualification in MBTI and BPS level A and B. You will be highly organised and a great communicator this is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is really keen to develop. Ability to work within a fast paced challenging environment that is going through significant amounts of change, based within the financial services arena.
