Regional Human Resources Advisor required to provide support to a network of sites within the uk. This is a Generalist role where you will support all levels on resourcing, employee relations and development and working on ad hoc projects. You will be first point of call for the sites and you will have to provide practical human resources advise which is business focused. The key challenges will be based around employee relations and ensuring that the Human Resources KPI are delivered for the business & that the managers are supported through all process. This is a great role for an advisor who is looking to take the next step up and wants to operate within an environment where you have your own autonomy. You will need to be experienced at advising mangers about risk and how to implement HR solutions. Ideally CIPD qualified you will have significant ER exposure and you will be confident at communicating at all levels. You will be easy going, motivated and able to build rapport well. You will have experience of working within a service or retail sector which is fast paced and challenging. A business that is growing continually and is planned to grow at a similar speed, they are fast moving and key to grow their organisation whilst focusing on people first in particular their key stakeholders employees, suppliers and customers.Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based HR experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
